Monthly Digital catalog.xls Update

We're very happy to present the August 2012 Digital Catalog Update for those who use the ONFC Excel Macro Package.

NOTE!
This catalog.xls contains August Specials Pricing. This will make your order reconciliation process quicker and easier. However it's very important to download the catalog.xls each month for the new specials pricing.

Please contact your Buying Club Representative for the most recent excel file. 

 

Please follow these instructions to download the catalog.xls used by the Excel Macro Ordering Software

  1. Right-click on the Digital Catalog for the current month above (catalog.xls) and choose "Save Target/Link As..." in the context menu (left-clicking will result in an error).
    If you are a Mac user, please hold the “Options” or “Control” key while clicking the link.
  2. Save the file onto your desktop or into an ONFC folder. Ensure the file downloads as “catalog.xls”
  3. If you have previously downloaded the catalog.xls file a message will pop up stating "The file 'catalog.xls' already exists. Do you want to replace the existing file?"
    Click "Yes" (this will replace the old file with the new file).
  4. Once the download is complete, click "Close".
  5. Repeat this process for the Excel Macro Ordering Software (onfc.xlm) if you have not already done so, or should you require a replacement.
  6. Right-click on the (onfc.xlm) Macro v4.5 link below and choose "Save Target/Link As..." in the context menu (left-clicking will result in an error).
  7.  Save the file onto your desktop or into an ONFC folder.
  8. Download the Monthly Digital Catalog.xls if you have not already done so, or should you require a replacement.
  9. Download Macro Facts instructions below to get started using the program.

Excel Macro Ordering Software

The Excel Macro Ordering Software is designed to help you quickly create your order using Excel. It uses the catalog.xls as it’s reference and you must therefore download both the catalog.xls (above), and the onfc.xlm (below), to use the program. Please note that this program does not work with open source software.  It does work with Mac, but only if you have Excel for Mac.
